COMING SOON... A new master-planned community, located just outside of Houston, Texas.

American Nevada Company, with our partners Rally Capital and Gromax Development will soon be announcing plans for a new 2,500-acre master-planned community south of Houston.

American Nevada Company, the managing partner of the project, has a long history of developing master-planned communities. Based in Henderson, Nevada, American Nevada Company created Green Valley – the first master planned community in the state of Nevada. Since then, American Nevada has developed other communities in the Las Vegas valley, including Green Valley Ranch, Seven Hills and Aliante. American Nevada is also developing the upcoming 4,500-acre Mission Peaks master-planned community in Tucson, Arizona.

American Nevada’s developments stand above the rest with its mix of residential developments and neighborhood amenities, including walking trails, parks, recreation areas, and open spaces. American Nevada communities also typically incorporate a mix of commercial space for office and retail, creating a vibrant ‘work, live, play’ community.
